Kontinuerlig brug og vask kan i sidste ende resultere i små huller, løse knapper eller stropper eller en knækket søm. I stedet for at kassere dit produkt eller erstatte det med noget nyt, opfordrer vi dig til at overveje at reparere det for at få det til at holde længere.

Vi tror ydmygt på, at vi har lavet et kvalitetsprodukt - derfor forpligter vi os til en livslang reparationsgaranti. Du er derfor altid velkommen til at kontakte os, hvis dit Underprotection-køb skulle have behov for reparationsservice.

For at undgå forsendelse frem og tilbage og derved spare miljøet lidt, opfordrer vi dig til enten at ordne det selv eller støtte din lokale skrædder. Mindre problemer kan sagtens klares derhjemme med det, du allerede har, mens en dygtig skrædder kan hjælpe dig med mere komplekse sager. Ved at gøre det, belønner vi dig for at forlænge levetiden på dit Underprotection-køb i stedet for at smide det ud.

Vi vil gerne takke dig for at yde førstehjælp til dit Underprotection-køb og for at gøre hvad du kan for at få det til at holde længere. Belønningen er en voucher, som du kan bruge næste gang, du køber et nyt produkt hos os. Dette gælder alle vores produkter, enten købt på vores hjemmeside eller i en af vores detailpartnere. Når du skal reparere dit køb, giver vi det dobbelte tilbage af det, du bruger på at reparere det. Sørg for at følge vores retningslinjer nedenfor for at kvalificere dig til din voucher.

BRA MEASUREMENT

To find the most accurate size you have to do two measurements, A: bust and B: band. Do the measurements on your bare skin. Start off by measuring all the way around your bust where it’s widest. Then measure all the way around just under your bust. We have plus sizes for mostly all of our bra’s to make sure that bigger busts can fit our bras. When a size is plus size the underband stays the same and the size of the cup will go a size up; for example a size S+ has an underband that fits a regular size S and the cup size fits a regular size M. Be aware that it’s meant for you to start out using the outer buckle of the hook and eye closure first. Then you can adjust and tighten when the underband elastic gets looser.

REPAIR

Normally, a guarantee on any purchased product lasts 2 years, but we design our products to be used and loved for much longer! We humbly believe that we’ve made a quality product – therefore, we’re committed to a guarantee of 5 years. Within this period, you’re always welcome to contact us if your Underprotection piece should have any breaches and in need of a repair service.  

But to avoid shipping back and forth and thereby saving the environment a little, we encourage you to either fix it yourself or support your local tailor. Minor issues can easily be done at home with what you already have, while a skilled tailor can help you on more complex matters. By doing so, we’ll reward you for prolonging the life of your Underprotection piece instead of the alternative of throwing it out.

The reward is a voucher for you to use next time you’re buying a new product from us and concerns any Underprotection product, either bought on our website or in one of our retail shops. When you need to repair your piece, we’ll give back the double of what you spend on making it last longer. Make sure to follow our guideline below to qualify for your voucher.
